In 1839 Juan Manuel de Rosas divides the Party of Monsalvo in four parties: The Tuyú, present Madariaga, Very small Sea, Corner of Ajó today General Lavalle and neighbor today Guido.
With the fall of Roses the stays were confiscated and adjudged to new proprietors, and all had a portion of beach. In the bottoms of the stay the Sentry is where truely the history of Sea of Ajó begins. The last proprietors of these earth were Isaiah Ramos Mejía and Rafael Cobo; who formed the Earth Society and Bath. In 1934, Ramos Mejía makes as experience the closing of a loteo in the place or place the Daisy, with good results; with this antecedent, Ramos Mejía and Cobo organized a closing in greater scale. The name of Sea of Ajó officially was asked for in April of 1935, like the name of the loteo "the Daisy". By Municipal decree of General Lavalle, Nº 4103 of year 1964, declares day 21 of December of 1935 the official date of the creation of Mar de Ajó. The urbanization of this city was very arduous. It had to be the emprendimiento of the pioneers, who constructed the first houses, which made reality Sea of Ajó. The first settlers were Antonio Dávila, Fernando Donadío, Tomás Vaquero and Jose Manresa; these and their families lived in the villas on Ramos Mejía and the place where were the rest of the sunk Boat the Daisy. Don Fulvio Pla´cido Springolo, an Italian entrepreneur, spirited and expert who arrives in January of 1933, astonished by the beauty of the place, and thinking like visionary about a flourishing bath and near the city, is put in contact with the owners of these beaches, Don Rafael Cobo and Isaiah Ramos Mejía. Of the meeting the proposal of a marine bath consolidates and then company/signature, a commitment by means of which Mr. Springolo without perceiving honoraria, is committed to make tasks, transactions, studies and works, to make specific the construction of the first constructions, among them the Hostería the Daisy. Their tasks continued until the month of December de1936, and their activity and the facts decide the founding or at least organizing character to him and soul to mater of the bath.  |
