his area borders on the Río de La Plata to the East and is surrounded by San Juan, Santa Fe and Callao Avenues. Popularly known as La City Porteña, it lodges the Stock Exchange, banks, foreign exchange bureaus, hotels, restaurants and the legendary and mythical Florida and Lavalle Streets.
Buenos Aires City is the most important cosmopolitan urban center of the Republic of Argentina.

Buenos Aires has a transport system offering different alternatives including Ezeiza International Airport, Jorge Newberry Airport, an importand web of subways and more than a hundred bus lines that cover the whole city and link it to the rest of the cities belonging to Gran Buenos Aires.
Regarding fluvial transport, B.A. is linked to The Oriental Republic of Uruguay through coasters, ferries and cruisers. In addition, there are many railway lines that take you Downtown through Retiro, Constitución, Once and Federico Lacroze Bus Stations.
Popularly known as " The Queen of River Plate" , the city is recognized because of the varied artistic expressions that ornament and surprise tourists with different monuments , wall paintings, galeries and Art Museums.
Among the most visited places in this beautiful capital city, you can find San Telmo Fair , Northern Coast recreative Areas and Southern Coast Natural park.
The tours and excursions that show the strong cosmopolitan spirit of the city are Caminito, Recoleta, la Boca, Mataderos Fair, the Botanical Garden, the Zoo, the Japanese Garden and Holy Land Thematic Park being the first religious thematic park in the world.
Other interesting places because of their historical value are the "Cabildo" ( City Hall), the Cathedral, the City Palace, the Obelisk, Colón Theatre, the Block of the Lights and the Planetarium.
At night, " the city that nevers sleeps" offers concerts , shows, theatres, cinemas, floating casinos, discos, cafés and pubs.
